Come along and join us at the Allergy and Free From Show at Olympia this Sunday (10th July) in the Doves Farm Kitchen at 11.30 where we will be talking about how to cook and manage your sensitive gut. We are showcasing two of our favourite family friendly recipes – Buckwheat pancakes and raspberry, lime and poppy seed cake. Both are gluten free and low in FODMAPS and really adaptable to the tastes and preferences of the people you cook for. We will be signing and selling copies of our book Cooking for the Sensitive Gut at a special discount price of £13.00 (RRP £16.99).
