Cooking for the Sensitive Gut

Allergy & Free From Show, Liverpool, this Saturday

Come and join us this Saturday at 13.30  at the Allergy and Free From show at Liverpool Exhibition Centre, Liverpool. We are guests in the wonderful Doves Farm sponsored kitchen where we will be talking about our book Cooking for the Sensitive Gut (Pavilion 2016) and demonstrating one of our favourite recipes – a delicious, nutritious prawn laksa full of soothing spices and ingredients which will help settle symptoms.We will also be giving tips on how to eat well if you have IBS. As usual Dr Nick Read will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about gut symptoms and gut health.

The Allergy and Free From Show, Liverpool is on all weekend (5th and 6th November).

There is a learning centre where you can hear experts talking on allergies, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Coeliac Disease, Eczema and Asthma and much more.

And if you like shopping there are lots of things of free from foods and products to buy from the show.
